Please note, Terms of Payment are as follows:

Due Date:  The Rental amount shall be payable in advance, without offset deduction or demand, on or before the first day of each month during the term of the Lease. 

Grace Period:  If Full Rental payment is not received in our office by the 5th of the month, Lessee shall pay Rental amount plus a late charge of 10% of the Rental amount on the 6th.  Partial payments will not be accepted.

Where to send your check: 

        Rent shall be made payable to: Furnished with Finesse, LLC

        And Mailed to:  Furnished with Finesse,LLC attn: Accounts Receivable, 925 Green Valley Drive, Mount Juliet, TN 37122. 

Returned check policy:  If the Lessee's check fails to clear the bank, a service charge of $55.00 will be assessed, in addition to the accrued late charge.

Credit Card Payment:  You can now make your Monthly Rent Payment simply by calling our office toll free @ 866-582-0866.  With the convenience and security of paying your rent with your company or personal credit card, you can feel confident that your rental payment has been made on time and will post to your account immediately.*

Thank you for your business and we hope that you find the convenience of credit card payments beneficial.   *As of 10-01-04 a convenience fee of $55.00 will be added to your Rental amount when paying with credit card, and a convenience fee of $30.00 will be added when paying with e-Check.  Please be sure to include this fee amount with your accounting records.
