Aug 2011: To Saundra and the FwF team in Nashville - I'm writing to highly recommend you and the FwF team to provide excellent housing for those who might find themselves in need of such. On a personal note, I thank you for providing everything my wife and I needed during our recent medical stay in Nashville. You offered us more than we could expect as far as a place that felt like our own furnished home. When we learned that my wife's cancer and resultant stem cell transplant would require months of treatment at Vanderbilt, we were stunned and had no idea what to do about housing, etc. We considered the options at Vanderbilt as well as other private housing. We compared price and value and convenience and were won over by the quality of the properties FwF offered and we were blown away by the service of the FwF team. Competitive pricing made it an easy decision. Your service to us was outstanding, something you don't expect in a housing lease. Specific adaptations were made for my wife's unique physical needs. When the rare technical problem was encountered Saundra addressed it, even after hours on the weekend. Upon our second and third round of cancer treatments we again compared prices, knowing our preference was to stay with FwF. Once again Saundra provided a superior furnished property for us at a reasonable price. Thank you Saundra and team for your service to us when we needed it most. At first glance, I was overwhelmed by the cost of renting short-term furnished housing. When comparing the cost of furnishing a temporary residence in the needed location, FwF was clearly the best choice. I'm a bargain hunter so I didn't jump at the cheapest nor the most luxurious. In the end, we think we found luxury, convenience, comfort, and care at a bargain price.

November 1, 2011: Hi Saundra, Thanks for arranging the short-term lease for us. We enjoyed it very much. It was quiet, surprisingly bright (with afternoon sun coming around). I liked the park close by , although my son isn't much into walks. He preferred the TV. Honestly, he did NOT want to return back to Knoxville! Your IT person was very accommodating when we had trouble with the TV on the first day. Thanks for everything!
